As an Olympic bronze medalist and former undefeated professional boxer, I’ve had the privilege of studying and training with some of the greatest fighters in the world. Through my extensive experience in the ring and as a boxing coach, I’ve identified four key training methods that are consistently used by world-class champions, but often overlooked by the average boxer.
